Just back from a jaunt out to Iona with Robo Man. Really enjoyed beating the rain, for the most part! Just a bit of drizzle near Stink lsland although head wind was pretty fierce when heading east! I blame that for my fairly lacklustre AVG. Managed to dipsy-doodle my way to 77 km after leaving Raymondo at Pine Crescent and heading out to UBC and then home. I rinsed off my bike once back as I was quite flabbergasted to see the amount of grit that I had picked up. Stats for ride:

Just back from running an errand to liquor store. One just east of Arbutus on Broadway. Good time to go as fairly quiet. Had to stop at Shopper's on way home as Clara seems to have developed an infected upper gum. Corinne phoned our dentist and was able to reach someone on emergency call. Very helpful chap and he prescribed some antibiotics. He''ll see her early Monday morning. Poor Clara. Worst time to have dental problems. However, just grateful that her condition seems to be under control, as best as is possible, given circumstances.
I wanted to look at neighbourhood where you mentioned Jenny lives but cannot remember name of tube station! When you have a moment I'd be curious to see where it is in relation to Mill Hill Broadway. but I did pat send you a special birthday wish but when I sent it I think I messed up, so sorry. well yesterday it was a cool 39 degrees but the good news is today is 29 and xmas looks like 35, so we will have the traditional xmas dinner plus the air conditioner will be on to keep my Canadian mate cool.
well I still go to the gym 6 days a week, bev does 3 the main thing is we are still healthy. I read about your cycling on facebook, good to see you are still doing it, I hope you haven't fallen off of it again so take care.
